The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. ELIGIBILITY
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, and Embedded Systems Engineering.
- Must be a recent graduate of the 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
