UNDP has teamed up with the Chengdu Panda Base in China, the world’s premier facility for the breeding and conservation of these beautiful and endangered animals, to designate two panda cubs as the first ever ‘Animal Ambassadors for the Global Goals.’
WORTH
- Winners of the Contest will be offered a chance to visit the Chengdu Panda Base in Sichuan, China on a date to be determined by UNDP and the Chengdu Panda Base.
Trip package includes:
- Economy class international return air fare for the Winner (and one parent or legal guardian if the winner is under the age of 18) from their country of residence to China
- 3 nights hotel accommodation
- Ground transportation to and from Chengdu Panda Base
- Subsistence allowance calculated according to standard rates published by the International Civil Service Commission at time of travel
ELIGIBILITY
The “UNDP Panda Ambassadors” Contest (the “Contest”) is open to:
- Individuals 18 years of age and older at the time of entry[W1] , and to individuals under the age of 18 years at the time of entry provided they are represented by a parent or legal guardian.
