This is absolutely a good initiative which i hope to take part if grant the opportunity to help change my dear continent Africa most especially on the recently illegal migration that youths are endeavouring on because in motivating people, you’ve got to engage their minds and their hearts. I motivate people, I hop, by example – and perhaps by excitement, by having productive ideas to make others feel involved. Management is nothing more than motivating other people. Well, when you’re playing a role, you have to think, ‘What is ultimately motivating the character?’
