JR Biotek Foundation is offering scholarships to sponsor outstanding PhD Students involved in agricultural research in African Universities and Research Institutes to participate in her world-class Molecular Laboratory Training Workshop taking place in the Department of Plant Sciences, University of Cambridge.
WORTH
The scholarship covers travel and accommodation at Cambridge for the duration of the training (does not cover visa fees).
ELIGIBILITY
- Agricultural research scientists, academics and PhD students from universities and research institutes across Africa. Candidates who are currently involved in agricultural research and teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Candidates must demonstrate a clear need to learn new laboratory techniques that can help boost the productivity of their research and teaching at home.
