Founded in 2013 by Delphine Remy-Boutang, JFD has become in 10 years a key international growth accelerator that mobilizes public, private and media actors in Europe and Africa. It is within a powerful network that JFD helps women who take bold technological challenges and bet on disruptive innovations to change the world, emerge and shine. Since its launch, JFD has welcomed nearly 50,000 people, 700 speakers, trained 6,000 talents, reached 15 million people worldwide and accelerated the growth of more than 500 tech startups in Europe and Africa.
Placed since 2021 under the High Patronage of Mr Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, les Margaret Award by JFD rewards every year since 2013, women entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in Europe and Africa, whose projects and innovations respond to the major challenges of our society.

ELIGIBILITY
- You are a female founder or co-founder of a tech startup for the “Entrepreneur” category.
- You are a female employee and you developed a project in agreement with your employer while remaining an employee for the “Intrapreneurship” category.
- You are a citizen of a European or African country, your project is innovative and respond to societal issues: Environment & Energy (climate change, urban planning, energy transition, sustainable development…), Health (access to care, diagnosis, treatment), Communication & IT (cybersecurity, IoT, AI, data science, all-digital…), Transport & Mobility (vehicles, infrastructures, uses…) etc.
