The Eyewitness Photojournalism Grant is a collaboration between Diversify Photo and the Pulitzer Center that aims to support and promote diversity in the field of photojournalism. The grant is open to visual journalists from underrepresented communities around the world, including women, people of color, and journalists from regions that are often underreported.

The grant provides funding of up to $10,000 to support a visual journalism project that addresses important social, political, and cultural issues. The selected grantee will also receive mentorship and support from both Diversify Photo and the Pulitzer Center throughout the project.

Overall, the Eyewitness Photojournalism Grant provides an excellent opportunity for visual journalists from underrepresented communities to receive funding and support for important projects that may not have been possible otherwise. The application process is competitive, but it’s well worth the effort for those who are passionate about using visual journalism to tell important stories and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the media.
