Purpose of the Event
Ø  To sharpen competences/skills that shall make youth organizations more professional.
Ø  To enlighten youth organizations on how to achieve qualitative program delivery and un-ignorable impact.
Ø  To highlight strategies for effectively marketing and branding of youth organizations.
Ø  To expose youth organizations to useful resources, toolkits and other opportunities that can help them build sustainable youth organizations.

Rationale
Like never before, Nigeria is witnessing a highly increasing number of youth-led and youth-focused organizations and activist engaging on one issue or the other. Whilst this can be said to be a good development in itself, the quality and developmental output from such organizations leave much to be desired.  This is simply because the quality of input determines the quality of output. Many youth organizations in Nigeria are in dire need of the requisite organizational know how to achieve high level impact and growth. This is what this program is about.
