This year Snowden is once again “Celebrating the Mining Industry” with our annual photography competition.
Once again Snowden is privileged to have world renowned landscape photographer, Richard Woldendorp, lead the judging panel, together with key industry representatives, Snowden’s CEO and specialists.
The Snowden photo competition provides a unique opportunity to capture the diversity and beauty that is part of our fabulous industry. Please join us in “Celebrating the Mining Industry”.

This year we have added a new category, Reasons to Celebrate the Mining Industry. The winner of his category will receive $1 000.
ELIGIBILITY
(a) Entry is free and is open to entrants from all countries.
(b) The Entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
(c) The Entrant must not be a professional photographer. In this clause, a ‘professional photographer’ is a photographer who derives more than 50% of his or her income from photography.
(d) Directors or employees of the Promoter shall not be eligible for entry. The immediate families of these persons shall not be eligible for entry. In this clause, ‘immediate family’ means as pouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), brother or sister, step-brother or step-sister, parent or step parent.
