The Arab Start-up Competition is a yearly competition run by the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab that pits entrepreneurs in 3 different tracks: Ideas Track, Startups Track and Social Entrepreneurship Track.
WORTH
Winning entrepreneurs will receive:
- Top tier training;
- Mentorship;
- Media Exposure;
- Networking Opportunities and
- Cash prizes which will be awarded to three winning teams from the ideas, Startups, Social Entrepreneurship tracks.
ELIGIBILITY
Startup Tracks
- Each team should have at least two members;
- The team should have a working prototype and ideally some user traction and some sales;
- The startup should not have generated more than $500k in annual revenues and must have been operational for less than 5 years;
Ideas Tracks
- Each team should have at least two members
- Teams are required to have a proof of concept for their idea
- Teams are not required to have prototypes
