Eisaku Sato Memorial Foundation is currently inviting applications for the 32nd Eisaku Sato Essay Contest 2016. Winners will receive their prizes at a ceremony to be held at the United Nations University in Tokyo.

Discuss the required qualities and discipline of a Secretary General in view of the practices and achievements of the successive Secretary Generals.”
