Applications are now open for the 2025 Ford Motor Company of South Africa Next Generation Graduate Programme. Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa operates a distinguished 24-month Graduate Program, known as the ‘Next-Generation Graduate Program’ catering to candidates from a range of academic backgrounds, encompassing fields such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgical), Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to acquire indispensable practical experience and professional training. The ‘Next-Generation Graduate Program’ will offer the successful graduate a permanent placement from the commencement of the program.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants are required to have successfully completed their applicable bachelor’s degree with an average pass rate of 65% or higher. Applicable fields of study are as seen below:
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Mechatronic Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering
Human Resources
Supply Chain/Logistics
Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies will need to conclude in 2024 to be considered for this program.
Applicants need to be between the ages of 22 & 28.
