New day, new experiences. With each experience comes different feelings. From the smiles of life, to the pressures and disappointments. Quite a rollercoaster of emotions. Living in a fast world with digital intoxication, we end up on the life’s hedonic treadmill coupled with stress, anxiety and emotional instability.
