The International Operations Business Graduate Programme is for newly graduated masters and for those finalizing it in 2015 and is a 2-year programme. During this time you will explore the company and develop your personal and professional skills through 3 job rotations. The journey starts in your home country. See above list of affiliates and check out the information about the business areas below. 2nd rotation will take you to our headquarters in Denmark and the 3rd rotation will bring you back to a country within the business region in where you started (different from your home country).
