Originally established for mid-career professionals in South Africa who had been disadvantaged by previous laws and resource allocations, the program is still aimed at assisting those. To draw the widest possible range of candidates for the program, HSAFP seeks to reach out to institutions and organizations throughout South Africa. Anyone residing in South Africa who qualifies for the program may apply. We will give preference to mid-career applicants from historically marginalized or underrepresented groups, including applicants from rural areas outside urban areas.
