On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) launches the Climate Innovation Fund to award innovative ideas that will help improve the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources in Ethiopia.

ELIGIBILITY
The call targets, start- ups, producers organizations, processors, exporters, traders and other small and medium enterprises that wish to innovate and contribute to a better world. GIZ invite start-ups and small and medium businesses coming from every sector relevant to the objective mentioned above such as
- Start-ups in the information technology sector
- Food production and processing
- Cosmetics
- Pharmaceutical
- Timber
