APPLY: Human Development Fellowships for Young Professionals in India- 2014

The International Centre for Human Development (IC4HD) announces human development fellowships for young professionals for 2014. The fellowships offered by the Centre support innovative analytical work on major human development issues. The theme of this year’s fellowship is ‘Social Security in the Global South‘. IC4HD is a joint initiative of the government of India and UNDP.

WORTH

• The fellowship covers the living expenses for the fellow.

• A return air-fare to the country of residence as per the most economical and direct route by air.

• The selected fellows receive an amount of INR 50,000 per month.

• Free furnished residential shared accommodation will be provided at IIAS.

ELIGIBILITY

• Must be citizen of an eligible country

• Master’s degree in relevant discipline is desirable.

• Should be between 25 and 35 years of age (at the time of the closing date of the application)

• Should have 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience

• Should not be a UN staff member or an Indian Institute of Advanced Study staff/fellow.
