The Accountability Lab catalyzes a new generation of active citizens and responsible leaders around the world. The Accountability Incubator is the Lab’s flagship program to provide committed young leaders with the support they need to develop and implement innovative ideas for strengthening accountability, anti-corruption and integrity in their communities. Our team provides hands-on, comprehensive support for the development of low-cost, high-impact tools for positive, sustainable change in Liberia, Nepal and Pakistan
Eligibility
- Be a national of Nepal, Pakistan or Liberia
- Be under 35 years of age
- In the respective countries, need to be based in or willing to travel to Monrovia Kathmandu or Islamabad for trainings and events

- Humility: Recognizes that local community members should be directly involved in efforts to create lasting change in their communities. Collaboration: Strives to listen to, learn from, and find positive ways to collaborate with others.
- The idea proposed by the candidate
- Context Specific: Does the idea demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the community it will support?
- Feasible: How likely is it that the idea proposed will be achieved over time?
- Scalable: Will the idea create a model for social change that could be expanded to other communities?
