We are excited to announce that again in 2016, we will be running SHE by Spark. A unique accelerator program designed to find and support organisations that are improving the lives of women and girls in South Africa and Kenya.
We run SHE by Spark* because we know that women are a safe bet and we believe that they are the best levers for change. We also know that female led organisations need help. Only 8% of small-medium enterprises are run by women, and more than 90% of these fail in their first three year.

Eligibility
- Have already launched an enterprise that is already making a difference in the lives of tens of women and/or girls living in poverty in Kenya.
- Want to scale their enterprise to impact many more women and girls.
