Applications are now open for the WACSI 2025 Next Generation Technology Internship. The West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) with support from Ford Foundation is inviting young graduates or civil society actors from Ghana and Nigeria interested in leveraging technology for social impact to apply for its 6 months’ Next Generation Technology Internship Programme running from February to July 2025.
WACSI is currently seeking 3 interns interested in gaining experience in leveraging technology to support civil society initiatives for social impact.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum of a first degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related fields.
- Commitment to WACSI’s vision and values and demonstrated interest in civil society.
- Strong technical, writing and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing tools
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing
- Confidence in using and applying data analysis tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proactive, willing to learn and take initiatives.
- Works well as part of a team.
