Digital Explorers is an ICT focused knowledge exchange initiative between Nigeria and Lithuania – two buzzing ICT markets – each different in its own right and therefore a source of valuable expertise to each other.
This year, Digital Explorers programme aims to support women in tech and contribute to closing of the global tech gender gap by offering tailored data analysis / data science traineeships. In late 2020 / beginning of 2021, up to 15 young Nigerian women will bring their eager minds to Lithuania for six-month placements at leading ICT companies and receive intensive targeted training.

ELIGIBILITY
You should apply to become a Digital Explorer, if…
- You are an entry-level Nigerian female data analysis/ data science specialist who has a Bachelor’s degree and currently resides in Nigeria;
- You have at least one year of relevant Data Analysis / Data Science experience (relevant internships and / or work experience);
- You are strongly motivated to be a part of the Digital Explorers programme;
- You are able to dedicate time to participate in the whole selection process;
- You are able to relocate to Lithuania in January 2021 to spend up to six months as part of the programme;
- Please note, as you move along the selection process, you would need to have a valid international passport with validity at least until 1st of January, 2022.
