2020 Webinars

The African Youth Networks Movement (AYNM) is inviting leads/coordinators/presidents/chairpersons of Anglophone West African youth-interventions /networks in a conversation to address the impact of COVID-19 and way forward for youth as architects of recovery.

The virtual session will focus on:

  • the impact of the pandemic on youth incl. livelihoods, public health etc
  • the work of youth interventions/organisations/networks in response to the COVID-19
  • how young people will position themselves in the discourse centred on planning and shaping the post-COVID future
  • while governments and institutions are planning for post-COVID, we need to ensure that the voices of young people to articulate their aspirations are prominent in restructuring our communities
