Project Background

The Ripple Project is a one-year program that aims at increasing knowledge amongst young people on the effects of Sexual Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), Harmful Practices (HP), and the importance of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR). The Ripple Project will train young persons to educate and engage their peers with essential information regarding SGBV, HP, and SRHR. The program will be implemented across 6 states within Nigeria.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates must be 18-35 years old.
  • Must be able to read and write.
  • Must be resident within FCT, Abuja.
  • Must demonstrate willingness to learn and work independently.
  • Qualified women and persons living with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in local languages.
  • Knowledge of the local communities in FCT is an added advantage.
