I am a graduate student from the university of Dar es salaam in Tanzania. I am interested to pursue the mentioned course. I believe this course will be helpful in addressing the challenges of food crisis which has been a major cause of poverty in Africa despite the availability of plenty of land, water resources and human resource.
Thanks
