The ALL STAR Mentoring Academy is an online life-changing and professionally managed leadership building intensive program focused on youth entrepreneurship and career development for young entrepreneurs and finalist university students respectively. Our goal is to train and mentor 100,000 young people with business, employability and career development skills. Supply the workforce with 50,000 new young and competent professionals, support 1,000 businesses and create 2,000 job opportunities across East Africa by 2030.
WORTH
- The program is free of charge for all mentees.
- While working with a dedicated mentor, a young entrepreneur will be able to use lean startup methods to create, test and validate their ideas, create business canvas models, go in detail of finance, revenue, cost requirements and come out with a business plan that gives them a better overview of the longer profitability and success of the business.
ELIGIBILITY
- This program is available for young people 20 – 30 years in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi nationals.
- You should either be a final year student at a renowned university anywhere in the world, as long as you are a citizen of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi.
- You should be a founder/co-founder of a startup business/ social enterprise or non-profit organization (not more than 3 years of existence) in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Burundi.
