Under the theme ‘Silencing the guns: creating conducive conditions for Africa’s development’, the 33rd African Union (AU) Summit opened on Tuesday 22 January 2020 at the AU headquarters in Addis Ababa.
Since then, a lot of conversations have been taking place, notably: the conference of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC), the 35th Session of the GIMAC, the High-Level Dialogue on Gender Equality and Education among others.
The 33rd AU Heads of State Summit will commence on 9th February, 2020
