Welcome to the IMAUS 2014 Registration Portal!
Parties interested in participating in IMAUS 2014 as delegates will need to follow the Early Bird or Normal Registration process. Parties interested in attending select parts of the conference as audience members will need to follow the Observer Registration process.
Please see below for registration options and corresponding fees and details.
Early Bird Registration
Fee: £ 100
You can register for the Conference immediately registration opens which will be on 25 November 2013. The Early Bird Fee will only be for those who will have registered and made payments by 22 December 2014. Those who register early also get to choose their preferred Country. After this date the Early Bird Fee expires and the Normal Registration Fee will be applied automatically until close of registration.
Normal Registration
Fee: £ 150
The Normal Registration Fee will proceed from 22 December 2013 until 30 January 2014 when registration closes. The number of delegates per delegation is 5-7. Faculty delegate information is also required and head delegate contact information.
Observer Registration
Fee: £ 25 – £ 50
Early Bird Fee for observers will be £ 25 if registration and payment is made by 22 December 2013. After this date, Observer Fee will be £50, which will be applied automatically until close of registration in 30 January 2014. Observers will have access to all keynote, panel-discussion and networking events.
NOTE TO DELEGATES: Following successful registration, an e-mail will be sent to the head delegate confirming country assignments and requesting contact information for each delegate no later than February 14th, 2014. Each delegation will be assigned a faculty adviser and will receive the IMAUS Delegate and Officer handbook containing preparation guidelines. Details on accommodation, travel, visa and meals will also be sent to the delegation.
