The African Union Political Affairs Division with Support from OXFAM and Youthhubafrica is pleased to announce the top winners of its essay competition as follows:
First Three: (in no particular order) the under-listed names are the top 3 essays and would receive invitations and sponsorship from the African Union to attend the Youth Consultations of the High Level trends meeting scheduled for Dakar, Senegal from 23-24th November 2013. The first, second and third positions will be announced during the meeting.

Next Seven: As announced, the next 7 finalists will receive a certificate of accomplishment, while their essays will also be published as part of the winning essay booklet or online.

I absolutely had a good time brainstorming ideas for this essay on the ACDEG, and absolutely delighted to see my name up amongst the top 7 winners!! Meanwhile, the GRATS are in order to our 3 finalists. VIVA AFRICA VIVA!
