Course aim
Media and development. The one can’t do without the other. And yet media and development are two different worlds, each with their own language, culture and way of working.
This new RNTC course gives the NGO development specialist that extra bit of media knowledge he or she needs to increase the impact of using media for development. The course will train you in the strategic and practical use of media for development and give you an understanding of how local media work.
Who is it for?
Staff working in or for development-oriented Non Governmental Organisations/Civil Society Organisations. Applicants are expected to have at least three years experience of working for an NGO operating in or for the developing world.
