Applying for small and large grants
The fourth cycle to apply for funding from the Innovations Against Poverty programme is now open. The deadline for submission is at 23:59 Central European Time on the 26 November 2012.
Innovations Against Poverty has two parallel application processes; one for small grants (under €20,000) and one for large grants (€20,000 – €200,000). The process is of a competitive nature, where grants are awarded to the best business plans which meet the criteria of the programme. First, the companies need to meet the eligibility criteria (outlined in the Guide for Applicants) to be considered. Among those companies a selection process takes place which rates how well the criteria are fulfilled by the information provided in the application. Finally the applications are ranked against one another.

Please make sure to adhere to the following
- that the application does not exceed 13 pages for small grant applications and 9 pages for concept note applications for large grant (the informatino page is not included in the total sum of pages and may be erased before submitting
- enclose a certificate of incorporation if you are submitting a small grant application you must also submit a budget and activity plan (in the provided format)
- Submit the application in Word format as well as a signed copy in PDF
- email the application before submission deadline to: innovationsagainstpoverty@se.pwc.com. Please note that applications sent by mail or fax, as well as applications received after deadline will not be considered for funding
Once an application has been submitted the applicant will receive a confirmation that the application has been registered and a registration number. Applicants will be notified in January/February 2013 whether their application is successful or not.
