Goal of the Award is to present successful sustainable projects to a broad audience, for many of our environmental problems already have good, feasible solutions. Projects which conserve and protect our resources or that employ renewable energy can participate.
With a global call for participation ENERGY GLOBE invites outstanding sustainable best practice projects to participate in the annual competition. From all over the world, some 800 projects and initiatives are submitted annually to compete for the award which is presented as
ELIGIBILITY
- Every individual, private or public institution, companies, NGOs etc can submit a project. The submission is free.
- No project is too small and none is too big!
- Projects can be entered by individuals as well as companies, organization, and public authorities
- For 2016 innovative projects and smart technologies from around the world are invited to take part again.
Worth
- International winning projects for the 5 award categories of Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and youth will each receive a 10,000 euro cash award
- The best projects will be honored as part of a ceremony that will be broadcast worldwide as well as featured by the international media
