Female champions working to/passionate about reducing the barriers to girls’ education are invited to apply for a two days workshop on leadership training; technical assistance to document best practices; training on advocacy for girls’ education in and support to access global opportunities in girls’ education.
With support from the New Venture Fund to an Echidna Global Fellow of the Brookings Institution in the person of Dr. Judith-Ann Walker, the Director, development Research and Projects Centre (dRPC), Connected Development [CODE] would be engaging young women. The aim of this project is to strengthen the capacity of advocates for girls’ education in Nigeria.
Date: August 22 and 23, 2014.
