The NeXGen Leaders Fellowship Programme is a prestigious international initiative designed to equip emerging professionals with the knowledge, networks, and practical tools needed to lead effectively in today’s complex global environment. This highly competitive Fellowship is organised by the Young Global Leaders Network in official partnership with our Switzerland based partner.
Through a powerful blend of academic rigour, strategic leadership training, international exposure, and immersive field experience, the programme provides a transformative platform for participants to engage with global institutions, sharpen their influence, and drive impact in diplomacy, governance, and policy.
Participants benefit from dual international certification, exclusive visits to UN agencies and international organisations in Geneva, and high-level networking with diplomats, scholars, and global leaders. The Fellowship not only enhances participants’ professional credibility but also prepares them to contribute meaningfully to their countries and communities on the world stage.
