We are pleased to introduce the International Forum “We, the Youth” (IFWY) – a global platform co-
organized by the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), dedicated to reimagining youth participation as action and
dialogue as a vehicle for transformation.
IFWY aspires to elevate youth voices, foster cross-regional collaboration, and co-create actionable
strategies to combat global challenges through youth-led policymaking, cultural exchange, and
collective action. Under the theme “Connect for Change,” IFWY will bring together youth leaders
aged 18 to 35 and beyond from diverse sectors – including civil society, academia, social
entrepreneurship, and grassroots organizing – to participate in powerful dialogue and action that
culminates into a global forum in Seoul.
