YouthHubAfrica incorporated as Youth Foundation for Development, Education & Leadership is a non-profit organization founded in 2011. YouthHubAfrica is a platform for young people in Africa involved in social change to interact, learn and collaborate in new, creative and easy ways. It was registered in Nigeria with the CAC in 2014. YouthHubAfrica is a youth advocacy and policy-oriented organization based in Abuja, Nigeria, but programming in Africa and beyond.
YouthHubAfrica is reviewing its vendors for the year 2023. To this end, YouthHubAfrica is calling for expression of interest from existing vendors and new ones in the following categories.
- Hotel services (accommodation, hall and food)
- Catering services
- IT Products and services
- Printing services
- Carpentry and furniture
- Generator maintenance and repairs
- Security outfits
- Stationery and consumables
- Car hire services
- Courier and logistics services
- Audit/Taxation
- HMO
- Media (video/photography)
- Utilities (electricity/diesel)
- Office repairs (carpentry/electrical/plumbing/mason)
ELIGIBILITY
Interested companies and organizations should submit an expression of interest on the company’s letterhead which will include their profile and the following information:
- Company/Business name
- Account name
- Sort code
- Bank
- TIN
- Telephone
- Physical address
The following documents should accompany the expression of interest:
- CAC forms CO2 (statement of share capital and return of allotment of shares, CO7 (Particulars of Directors), and certificate of incorporation
- VAT registration with TIN
- Reference letter from the bank
- References
Hard copies of the expressions of interest should be addressed to the Procurement Committee, YouthhubAfrica, and be delivered to YouthHubAfrica’s office located at 26, Massenya Street, off Cotonou Crescent, Zone 6, Wuse, Abuja. Those outside Abuja should send via info@youthhubafrica.org
The expression of interest should be accompanied by the vendor’s registration form and other documents mentioned in this call.
