We are calling on all youth-focused Organisations to apply for this mini-grant.
The project seeks to increase youth participation at the sub-national level across the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria. Participants and organisations will be required to sign up for the challenge presenting their concept on how best to create sustainable change that is measurable in their community.
WORTH
- Selected Participants and organisations with a well-structured execution timeline and community-based innovations will subsequently go on to implement mini projects within their localities.
ELIGIBILITY
- Open to only Youth-led or Youth-focused organizations
- Project to be implemented within a planned time-frame of two months with realistic goals, objectives and outcomes.
- Projects with adequate location data, to be implemented within a community, LGA and/or at the state level.
- Projects that are focused on youth, women, children and Persons with Disabilities.
- The project concept should be evidence-based focused on the following thematic areas; advocacy, campaigns, project tracking, capacity building for youth and community members, dialogue and advocacy with decision-makers, economic advancement of community members, increased public service delivery, needs assessment within communities for informed policy and decision making to foster growth, prosperity and reduce inequality across the country.
- Registered youth-led organisations with a certificate of incorporation and at least two team members on the project.
- The project will target to reach at least 50-100 direct beneficiaries.
